About Us

DGSWIM is a unique swim program that has been built off generations of experience. Owner operator and master coach Damien Gulliver is a third generation swim coach designs all the swim programs and is involved in the daily delivery of sessions. At DGSWIM we let our results do the talking. We don't rely on advertising to attract our clients. We focus on delivering coaching that works, producing a fast tracked and personalised service.

 

Damien employs and trains his staff to an exceptional standard.  Each member of staff commenced as a DGSWIM pupil and ensures the continuance of culture and service.  Our coaching team understand the value on consistency and routine and limit staff changes. We ensure minimal disruptions to progression and also deliver classes on school and public holidays.  ​

DGSWIM has a strong connection with the local surf lifesaving clubs.  Damien was a surf lifesaving coach for over 25 years. Our current coaching team are all life-long surf club members.  We have pupils from ten different surf clubs attending our swim school. Our understanding of the surf club space/ culture provides us the unique ability to design and deliver swim lessons / sessions tailored to the needs of suf club members/nippers.
