Payment Terms and Conditions

Payments are made via IclassPro Portal in partnership with the Payrix debit platform
There is no lock in contract and no late payment fees for credit/debit cards.
Pupils can resign at any time by submitting the ‘Change of Enrolment’ form with two weeks’ notice.
Swim fees are debited Fridays weekly in advance.
We do not offer casual attendance payment options or programs.
We operate 52 weeks of the year. This includes all school and public holidays with exception to Christmas week.
In the event of a swim school closure all debits will be suspended. Clients will be advised in advance of any closure.
Fees payments continue until notice of resignation (via Change of Enrolment Form) has been received. Change of Enrolment Forms are submitted via our website under the MEMBERS tab at DGSWIM.com.au

1. Lesson / Session Prices

Learn to Swim: $23.50 per lesson / weekly

Stoke Correction: $23.50 per lesson / weekly

Squad Training:1 x per week $23.50 per lesson / weekly

Unlimited weekly Squad Sessions : $40 weekly

Neuro Diverse Program (NDP): $47 per lesson / weekly

2. Transactions Fees

Credit/Debit Card Transaction Fee $0.33

Credit Card Rejection Fee $0.33

Visa/Master Card Calculated on transactions 1.98%

American Express Calculated on transactions 3.85%

Additional 1.10% will apply to International Credit Cards

Bank Account Transaction Fee $0.88

Bank Account Rejection Fee $5.50

Set-up / Data Storage and Compliance Fee- paid once only $0.33

3. Failed Payments

For bank fees related to failed payments please refer to the Transaction Fees above.

In the event of a payment defaults you will be notified via:

You will be requested to manually pay the outstanding fee via your ICP App account prior to attending next lesson.

Payrix will automatically attempt to debit ANY outstanding charges on the account each Friday.

4-A Make up lesson policy (Levels 1-6)

Your payment pays for your lesson spot on the designated day and time.
Due to demand and to ensure viability our lessons we operate to capacity.
No make up lessons are available for Levels 1-6.
Your level can be found in your ICP App account.
We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes. No exceptions.

4-B Make up lesson policy (Level 7-Squad)

Make up lessons are available for Levels 7- Squad.
A pupil must be enrolled (paying customer) to access their makeups.
To attend make up lessons refer to the Make up Schedule on our website https://www.dgswim.com.au/makeup-schedule
Pupils are not required to advise of a missed class or which make up lesson they will be attending.
Make up lessons cannot be transferred or used as a payment/credit.
Accrued or unused make-up lessons are automatically forfeited upon resignation

5. Resignations

We are always sorry to see our swimmers leave, however should you need to resign, please complete the ‘Change of Enrolment’ form. This is the only way to resign your position. We thank you for your communication, however letting us know via email, phone or text does not resign your spot in the swim school. Resignation is only formalised upon receipt of your ‘Change of Enrolment’ form. Once completed and submitted our automated system will resign you from the ICP enrolment and Payrix payment platforms.

Please be advised that resignations or stopping payments for any reason requires two week’s notice.

6. Holiday/Medical Policy

Pupils may:

Keep the Spot- Take advantage of the MAKEUP sessions available. https://www.dgswim.com.au/makeup-schedule, or
Cancel Payment/Resign via the ‘Change of Enrolment’ form, requiring two weeks’ notice.

Please Note, we do not “hold spots or pause debits”. Your spot can only be reserved with continued payment.

7. Storm Policy

We monitor all storms.
Lessons will be suspended temporarily or postponed via text if the situation merits.
If lessons are postponed due to storms a makeup lesson will be arranged.
